Group therapy
Small online groups where you can talk, listen and be understood by people who get it. A more affordable way into therapy, with something one-to-one work can't offer: other people in the same boat.

Some things land differently when they come from someone who has lived them too. A group can ease the isolation that so often comes with feeling different, or with caring for someone who is. You get support, and you may find you have more to offer other people than you expected.
Groups
Parenting a neurodivergent child can be joyful, exhausting and isolating, sometimes all in the same day. This is a space to share what's working, what isn't, and how you're doing yourself. Waiting lists, school, family reactions, and the moment many parents recognise something of themselves in their child are all welcome here.
A small, consistent group that meets to talk about whatever is going on, guided by me and run with a neurodivergent-affirming approach. A place to notice your patterns as they happen, practise saying what you need, and be heard by people who aren't your friends or family.
How it works
Prefer one-to-one support? Parents can also work with me individually. There's more about that on the neurodivergent page.

Tell me which group you'd like to join and I'll be in touch when it's ready to start. No commitment until you've had a chance to talk it through.
